Service Description

As  a certified Swimsmooth coach, BTF Level 2 coach, personal trainer, plus BTF age group triathlete, I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you with your multisport and fitness goals. I'm also completing a Masters in Sport Performance Coaching at the moment so my brain is filled with great coaching knowledge! If you are not yet ready to make a commitment, I offer a free 30 min consultation where we can get to know each other and work out if we would be a good fit. It also gives you a chance to ask me those important fitness-related questions directly before making a decision. Coffee is on you if we're meeting face to face!
