IN-PERSON COACHING
TriSmooth Herts is an adult community multisport club based in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, where everyone is welcome. Fitness level, race goals, background or experience don't matter. What matters is showing up and being part of something supportive.
For just £20 per year to join, members gain access to a weekly programme designed to develop swim, bike and run skills in an inclusive, encouraging environment. Some train for their next big race. Others come for social fitness, improved technique or the mental clarity that sport brings. All are equally valued.
This is not a clique or a closed circle. The culture has been shaped by the members themselves, creating a genuinely friendly, grounded and motivating club.
