Service Description
Following the Swim Smooth methodology of coaching, this is a 75min swim squad on a Friday evening in Northwood for those who want a structured, coached and challenging swim session. You can expect to receive some coaching tips but mostly an effective workout with like-minded individuals who love swimming. You will work hard, within your ability and this will be for all levels of swimmers (but you must be able to swim 1.5k freestyle) You will need fins, pullbuoy and paddles to get the most out of these sessions Your goals can be fitness, racing, fun, technique or just camaraderie. Its the swimming that brings us together. Please note that if you are not a TriSmooth club member you have FOUR swims at this price, and then you either need to join our club or head to the 'Non TriSmooth squad swim' booking. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel within 12 hours of the session time to avoid forfeiting your session, and to allow others to take your place in the squad. If you arrive late please join into the session at the point at which the others swimmers are in their set, to avoid disrupting the flow. You can leave the session at any time, no refund will be given.
